How do I install the app?

Download the mobyyou app from the App Store for iPhone and Google Play Store for Android. Follow the instructions in the app.

When can I use the app?

Pretty much instantly. In the app, we first check who you are. Then you link your checking account. These steps normally take less than a minute. Of course, you can also do these steps much earlier than just before your trip. After that, you can start using the app right away.

Where can I use mobyyou?

Currently, you can use the mobyyou app while traveling on all Bravo buses in Eindhoven.

How do I see my ticket?

When you enter or exit the bus, the bus driver hears a beep, that's how he/she knows you are checked in! Want to see your ticket? You can do so in the app at the Bravo screen, in the upper left corner of your puppet! Show it to the bus driver and you have additional proof that you are traveling with mobyyou!

Too much was charged when signing up for the app, now what?

How annoying to hear. For this you may send an e-mail to support@mobyyou.com.

No, you can only link personal OV-chip cards to the mobyyou app.

Sure! When you have linked your personal OV-chipcard to the app, the same discounts will apply while traveling with mobyyou as when you check in with your OV-chipcard.

In the mobyyou app you will find the Bravo screen, here you can link your personal OV-chipcard!

Currently, it is not possible to travel with mobyyou with an NS-Business Card. However, you can link a personal OV- chipcard to your mobyyou account.

How does mobyyou work?

With mobyyou you travel completely contactless. Download the app and create an account. Then keep your phone in your pocket, the beep tells the bus driver that you have checked in with mobyyou. Are you almost at your destination? You can also indicate this in the app by pressing the STOP button. The stop signal comes on and the bus will stop neatly at your final destination. You walk out of the bus and it automatically checks out! In the 'you' screen you can see what your ride cost. The amounts of the trips you made that day are added up in the evening, combined and debited in one go from your linked account.

How do I contact mobyyou customer service?

How can I check in and out?

Checking in and out with the mobyyou app is completely automatic with your phone in your pocket. The mobyyou app is always active so you don't have to do anything, easy right?

How can I change my information?

Should I still have my OV-chipcard in my pocket?

You no longer need to check in with your OV-chipcard when using mobyyou. Your rides are automatically registered in the app. You don't need your OV-chipcard anymore!

Should I buy a ticket?

You don't need to buy a ticket when you use mobyyou. Your rides are automatically registered in the app, so a ticket is no longer necessary!

In forgot to check in or out, now what?

This doesn't matter, the mobyyou app continues to track your travels. So even then you don't have to check in or out manually, convenient right?

How can I delete my account?

In the mobyyou app, go to the You screen and click on settings. Then click on account and delete your account here. Delete the app, turn your phone on and off and your mobyyou account is deleted.

Is mobyyou the same as OV-pay?

No. OV-pay and mobyyou are two other payment options. When you travel with the mobyyou app you don't have to do anything yourself, with OV-pay you still have to check in and out manually.

What should I do if I am audited?

What is the Bravo Club?

The Bravo Club is the umbrella brand for public transportation in the Southeast Brabant region. It includes various bus services from different carriers serving the city and surrounding areas.

How can I view my travel history?

In the You screen on the left of the mobyyou app, you can see a clear overview of your travel history.

Why is my account blocked?

How do I pay with mobyyou?

With mobyyou, you no longer have to do this yourself. Your rides are collected at the end of the day and debited overnight from your linked bank account.

How can I claim my money back?

I get a text message from NIKKI, can that be right?

That may be right, mobyyou works with NIKKI Business.

What should I do if my account is locked?

Privacy

How do you protect my data?

mobyyou fully complies with the AVG legislation. We only need your phone and bank account number, we do not store these in our database, so your data is not in our possession!

Who has access to my data?

Nobody! Your data is not stored in a database and is therefore not accessible to anyone.

Are you following my location?

No we do not do this, we only record which trips you make on the bus.

Can you delete my data?

What is Be-In-Be-Out?

Be-In-Be-Out is simply traveling with the mobyyou app. You walk into a bus with your phone in your pocket, so you no longer have to perform a physical action. As a result, you are easily In-And-Out.
